    Job Description:

    • Greet and room patients, review their medical history, and discuss their cosmetic goals and desires
    • Assist with patient exams, office procedures, and injectable treatments, ensuring patient comfort and optimal outcomes
    • Take high-quality before-and-after photographs of patients undergoing cosmetic procedures
    • Clean and restock exam rooms to maintain a sterile environment
    • Manage inventory by ordering necessary medical supplies
    • Handle nursing-related communications by promptly returning phone calls and emails
    • Prepare surgical charts with accurate and complete documentation for procedures

    Requirements:

    • MA, LPN, or RN license
    • A minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting
    • A positive, outgoing attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Professional appearance and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care
    • Exceptional multitasking, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Proficiency with medical computer systems and software
    • Experience in dermatology or plastic surgery is preferred but not required
