    Job Description

    Shift Schedule

    • Full and part-time available.
    • 6-hour shifts daily, Monday - Friday (no weekends, no overnight shifts).

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Competitive salary: Up to $165,000 annually, depending on experience.

    Requirements

    • Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state you are applying for.
    • Active DEA license required for prescribing medications.
    • Certified NP or PA, with national certification in your field.
    • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
    • Experience in primary care, post-acute care, or skilled nursing facilities is preferred but not required.
    • Willingness to travel to multiple skilled nursing facilities within your assigned region.
