In-Home Part-Time Behavioral Therapist

Join our unique company as an In-Home Part-Time Behavioral Therapist in Londonderry, NH. We are guided by a parent whose journey with ABA began a decade ago when her youngest daughter was diagnosed with autism, combined with the expertise of a BCBA with over 20 years of experience. Our approach places a strong emphasis on parent involvement and the delivery of high-quality care.

Job Description

• Conduct and implement 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment as determined in the client's treatment plan
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and clinical supervisors

Requirements

• High school degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, and/or Sociology)
• Prior experience in ABA therapy and/or working with special needs children is preferred
• Must be able to pass a CORI background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be punctual, communicative, and reliable
• Must have an active RBT certification or complete the free online 40-hour training course prior to starting and take the exam within 1 month of employment
