    Job Description

    • Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations.
    • Administer medications, treatments, and care plans, prioritizing the health and well-being of residents.
    • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to create a personalized care experience.
    • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
    • Maintain accurate records of resident care, treatments, and progress using our advanced documentation systems.
    • Address clinical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in NY.
    • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred).
    • Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
