Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the standards of nursing care and practices within our facility to meet the physical, psychosocial, and rehabilitation needs of the residents.

Job Description

• Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Nursing, the Shift Supervisor/Relief Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the standards of nursing care and practices within the facility.
• Work closely with RNs to ensure the best possible functions of the assigned unit and supervise unit employees.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York required.
