Family Medicine Physician
A non-profit health system serving Indiana and Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a growing practice in West Central Indiana.
Job Description
- Practice hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Flexible schedule; no weekends or holidays
- Average outpatient volume: 20-22 patients per day
- Shared call 1:7 with nurse triage system
- Physician will provide oversight to 2 NPs; group has 3 physicians
- Telehealth offered
- Common diagnoses include:
- Child and adult wellness visits
- Back pain
- Endocrinology issues
- Hypertension
- Heart failure
