A non-profit health system serving Indiana and Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a growing practice in West Central Indiana.

Job Description

• Practice hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Flexible schedule; no weekends or holidays
• Average outpatient volume: 20-22 patients per day
• Shared call 1:7 with nurse triage system
• Physician will provide oversight to 2 NPs; group has 3 physicians
• Telehealth offered
• Common diagnoses include:
  • Child and adult wellness visits
  • Back pain
  • Endocrinology issues
  • Hypertension
  • Heart failure
