    Family Medicine Physician

    A Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join a rural healthcare practice in Rensselaer, Indiana. Located 1.5 hours from both Chicago and Indianapolis, this physician would join a growing, thriving practice that provides a collegial environment and strong mentorship opportunities.

    Job Description

    • Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
    • Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients.
    • Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
    • Flexible full-time schedule; no weekends or holidays.
    • Average outpatient volume: 20-22 patients per day.
    • Call responsibilities.
    • Telehealth offered.
    • Common diagnoses include:
      • Child and adult wellness visits
      • Back pain
      • Endocrinology issues
      • Hypertension
      • Heart failure
