Excellent opportunity for a new graduate or experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant to practice on Oregon's beautiful south coast.

Job Description

• $10K sign-on bonus + base salary of up to $160,000 annually
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Day shift + on-call coverage, shared among the group, including occasional weekend coverage
• PAs work with 2-3 surgeons
• Scope of practice includes H&Ps, ordering or performing labs, imaging, procedures, formulating a diagnosis and plan of care in consultation with the surgical team, including therapeutic and surgical interventions as necessary
• First assist in surgeries, round on inpatients, write orders, order/administer medications, dictate discharge summaries, provide patient education, participate in research projects, and engage in quality and safety initiatives
• Candidates will be NCCPA certified and preferably have 2 years of experience; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Must have OR license or willingness to apply
