Job Description

• 4 day work week, flexible on days
• 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. mix of clinic coverage and hospital call coverage
• 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.: OR
• 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.: Clinic
• 5 p.m. - 8 a.m.: Weekday night call

Details

• 39 bed, Level III trauma center
• 15 patients per day on average
• 90% adult, 10% pediatric
• 50% surgical and 50% office/clinic
• 1 physician in practice, and 1 mid-level
• Lab and X-ray on site
• MA and RN support for APP and MD as well as office support staff
• Office equipment: Olympus Flexible Scope - ENF-VQ, Cryotherapy for skin procedures, Cautery unit (ValleyLab Force FX - Electrosurgical Generator), Zeiss OPMI Pico wall mount scope, three SMR carts, Welch Allen Tympanogram, Greer SPT skin prick testing, Spirometry EasyOne Air
• Required procedures: General otolaryngology - surgical and non-surgical, endoscopic procedures - septal, sinus, bronchoscopy-flexibility & rigid, laryngoscopy, tracheotomy
• Preferred procedures: Thyroidectomy, extended parotidectomy, radical neck surgery, facial reconstruction, facial surgery - facial implants, blepharoplasty, and rhinoplasty
• EMR: EPIC
