Interventional Cardiologist

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Cardiologist for an immediate opening in Eastern Iowa. This position involves basic intervention and STEMI call coverage at a 212-bed hospital with 12 ICU beds serving Eastern Iowa, Western Illinois, and Northeast Missouri.

Job Description

• Scope of work includes clinic, inpatient consults, cath lab, and call coverage
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, plus 1:3 call
• Level III trauma center with Cerner EMR
• Join two other physicians; position open due to an upcoming physician departure
• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 45 days

Requirements

• IA licensure or ability to obtain required
• ACLS/BLS certification required
