Family Medicine Physician

A Family Medicine physician is sought for full-time Urgent Care locums. Offering $110/hr plus medical malpractice coverage and mileage reimbursement. This is a hospital-owned urgent care facility.

Job Description

• Rotate between two locations within easy driving distance of Flint, MI
• Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week and work a combination of days, nights, and weekends
• 1 weekend per month is required
• Schedule made 30 days in advance with total input from the provider
• Clinic is open 8 AM - 8 PM weekdays, and 10 AM - 2 PM on weekends
• See 4-5 patients per hour
• Treat ages 2 and up
• Must have or be willing to obtain DOT certification
• Utilize All Scripts EMR

Requirements

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
• Michigan medical license and DEA
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Local candidates only; no flights or hotel provided
• Clean malpractice history
• Current BLS/ACLS
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain
