Attending Psychiatrist

Serve as the attending psychiatrist for the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program. This position is Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, and you will join 1.5 psychiatrists and 1 APP, averaging 8 patients per day. This need arises due to provider retirement, with an 8-week assignment beginning in April 2023 and ending in June 2023. You will provide outpatient consultation and support to patients in need of addiction treatment and services. Patient care responsibilities include new patient evaluations, medical management and psychotherapy, team conferences, communication with the patient's family and referring physicians, and discharge planning. Participation in after-hours call for program patients is also required.

Job Description

Requirements

• EPIC EMR experience
• MI License, CSR required
• BE/BC required
• Covid vaccination required
