Staff Physical Therapist

All rehabilitation department employees are responsible for transporting patients, clerical duties, and demonstrating teamwork. The Staff Physical Therapist organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part; help patients reach their maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

Job Description

• PT to work primarily in outpatient setting at the hospital and cover some inpatient evaluations.
• Weekend rotation includes covering nursing home evaluations and inpatient evaluations. Hours on weekends are flexible and scheduled on a rotation basis.

Requirements

• 40 hours per week - First Shift
• Valid PT License in State of Indiana
• BLS/CPR Certification
