Join our team as a General Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Cottonwood, AZ. This locum tenens position offers an opportunity to provide supplemental coverage in an inpatient service setting.

Job Description

• Coverage period: January 6 - April 25, 2025
• Clinical only coverage type
• Shifts needed to be filled:
  • January 6-10, 15-17, 27-30
  • February 5-7, 17-19, 26-28
  • March 3-7, 24-28
  • April 2-4, 14-16, 23-25
• Shift schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch
• Patient demographics: 60+ years old
• Patient volume: 16-20 per day
• Specialty backup: 2 physicians
• EMR: Cerner
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active AZ License or IMLC
• Board Certified (BC)
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 2 years of experience
• COVID and flu vaccine required
