• Support Staff: Nurse Navigation & Infusion Team
• Mixing Pharmacy & Radiation Oncology Onsite
• Hospital Beds: 127
• No. of chairs in Infusion Room: 19
• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active OR license (or willing to obtain)
• BC/BE
• BLS
• Has ties to Oregon
