Job Description

• Coverage period: Dec 31, 2024 - Jun 25, 2025
• Call only coverage with a 24-hour call schedule (7a-7a)
• Shifts needed to be filled:
  • Dec 31 - Jan 1
  • Feb 20-24
  • Mar 18-24
  • May 29 - Jun 3
  • Jun 19-23, 25-30
• Average number of callbacks: 2-6 hours
• Number of callbacks per shift: 0-2
• Number of deliveries per shift: 0-1
• Facility has 99 beds
• EMR used: Cerner
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active AZ License or IMLC
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• DEA certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Covid and Flu Vaccines required
