• Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental
• Coverage Period: Feb 7, 2025 - Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Clinical Only
• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8 AM - 4:30 PM (can be delayed by walk-in injuries)
• Patient Volume: 8-10 per day
• Physician in Practice: 1
• Support Staff: RNs, RTs, MAs, LPN, RN Supervisor, Office Manager, PSRs
• Duties:
  • Pre-Employment Physicals
  • Return-to-Duty Testing
  • DOT Physicals
  • Workers' compensation injury care
• Number of Exam Rooms: 5
• EMR: Systoc
• Other Info: Will work/cover 2 facilities
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active VA License
• Board Certified (BC)
• BLS, ACLS certifications
• DOT Certification
