Critical Care Medicine Locum Tenens
Location: Durango, CO
Job Description:
- Provide inpatient critical care in a clinical and call setting
- Work schedule includes shifts from 8a-8p in 3-4 day stretches
- Call schedule from 8p-8a with beeper call and 0.5-1 hour callback hours
- Manage adult patient demographics with a volume of 7-8 patients
- Perform admissions and rounding as required
Support and Procedures:
- Supported by RN staff in an open ICU setting
- Perform procedures such as bronchoscopies, line placements, and intubations
- Department equipped with 10 ICU beds
- Facility designated as Trauma Level III
- Utilize Epic EMR system
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
- Active CO License or IMLC
- Board Certified (BC)
- DEA Certification
- Clean record
