Join our team as an Emergency Medicine Physician in Ada, OK. This locum tenens position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on outpatient care.

Job Description

• Provide supplemental coverage for emergency medicine services.
• Fill shifts from May 27-30 (6p-6a) and ongoing dates.
• Work a minimum of 5 days per month with shift options of 6a-6p, 11a-11p, or 6p-6a.
• Manage a patient volume of 20-25 with an annual volume of 30K.
• Handle 15% of admissions.
• Collaborate with a support staff of 3 RNs, 3 MAs, 1-2 PAs/NPs, and 2 office staff.
• Perform procedures including central lines and intubations.
• Work in a department with 12 beds and a Trauma Level III designation.
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation.
• Hospital privileges are required.

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma License or IMLC.
• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
