Location: Silverdale, WA

Job Description:

Service setting is outpatient
Coverage type includes both clinical and call duties
Shift schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Call schedule includes 11 days per month:
- Nights: 4:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Weekends: 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
- Call coverage involves clinic/consults, no ER or hospital call, with the possibility of remote coverage for weekends
Call ratio is 1:3
Patient volume is 10-15 per day
Supported by MA/LPN staff
EMR system used is Epic

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC
Board Certified; if Board Eligible, must be ABIM only
BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications
Fellowship and clean record preferred
