Coverage Period: March 7, 2025 - Ongoing
Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
Shifts needed to be filled:
- Richland:
  - Jan 6-10; 7a-4p
  - Feb 7-14; 7a-4p
  - Apr 11-18; 4p-4p
  - May 2-9; 4p-4p
  - May 5-9; 7a-4p
  - May 23-30; 4p-7a
  - Jun 6-13; 7a-4p
  - Jul 11-18; 4p-4p
- Baptist:
  - Mar 7-14; 4p-4p
  - Jun 20-27; 4p-4p
  - Sep 26-Oct 2; 7a-4p
  - Oct 23-30; 7a-4p
Shift Schedule: 7a-4p - 9 hrs daily onsite
Call Schedule: 4p-7a or 4p-4p
Patient Demographics: Adults
Patient Volume: 10 cases per day
Physician in Practice: 5
Support Staff: 3 APPs, OR team, and CRNA
Procedures:
- Required: Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, manometry interpretation, Small bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy (w/ biopsy and w/ excision of poly), EUS
- Preferred: Upper GI endoscopy (foreign body removal, cautery vs laser, injections with varices, banding of varices, ERCP, liver biopsy, insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube
- Advanced Endoscopy

EMR: Epic
Other Info: Will work on covering 3 facilities

CSR
BLS, ACLS
