Location: Santa Cruz, CA

Job Description:

Service setting: Outpatient
Coverage period: ASAP - Ongoing
Coverage type: Clinical only
Shift schedule: Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm
- Few days/week
- Will consider 3 weeks/month
- 6 months to 1 year
Patient population: Average age 70
Patient volume: 12-18
Cases: Diabetes, Arthritis, Heart disease, CHF
Support staff: APP, MAs, MORs, RN
EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

Active CA License
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Geriatric or Family Medicine with IM experience
BLS
