Job Description:

Outpatient service setting
Coverage needed for supplemental purposes
Clinical only, with a shift schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Patient demographics: 100% adults
Patient volume: 15

Practice Details:

Physicians in practice: 4
Support staff: 4 MAs, 3 MOR Front Office
Procedures include:
- EMG (Electromyogram)
- NCV (Nerve Conduction Velocity tests)
- Botulinum toxin administration (Botox)
- Occipital nerve blocks and trigger point injections
Office equipment: NATUS EMG/NCS Machine, BP Machines, EKG
Number of exam rooms: 5
EMR system: Epic

Requirements:

Active CA License
Board Certified
BLS Certification
Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges available
