Neurology (Cognitive) - Locum-To-Perm

Location: Wethersfield, CT

Job Description:

Outpatient service setting
Coverage period from June 1 to December 31, 2023
Clinical coverage only, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
No call, weekend, or holiday shifts
Patient volume of 6 per day (consults/admit)
Specialty backup includes 2 Neuropsychologists
Support staff includes 1 APP and 1 Social Worker

Requirements:

Active CT License
Board Certified/Board Eligible
At least 3-5 years of Neuroscience experience preferred
Experience treating cognitive and memory disorders
EMR: Epic
