Job Description:

  • Hospital: M-F; Varies
  • Clinic: M-F; 8a-5p (4 days)
• Call Schedule: 8 days/month
• Call Ratio: 1:4
• Call Response Time: 20 mins
• Callback %: 80% - OB (80%), GYN (20%)
• Patient Volume: 15-20 (Clinic)
• Deliveries per week: 6
• % of Practice:
  • 50% Low risk; 50% High risk pregnancy
  • 20% C-Section; 35% Office GYN
• Physicians in Practice: 3 OBGYNs, MFM/Perinatologists (virtual)
• Support Staff: 2 Midlevels, RNs
• Required to supervise CNMs: Yes; when they take 1st call

Procedures:

• Low & High Risk Pregnancy
• FHR Interpretation, OB Ultrasounds
• Routine & Complicated Delivery
• Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
• Office/Minor GYN, Surgical GYN
• Laparoscopic Diagnostics
• Operative/Major GYN

Requirements:

• Active CO License or IMLC
• Board Certified
