Coverage Period: ASAP - Jul 1, 2025
Coverage Type: Clinical only
Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p, Full-time; With 1 hr lunch (12-1)
Patient Volume: 22
Post-Op Volume: Average of 5 patients/week
Patient Demographics: Adults only
Physician in Practice: 1
Support Staff: 3 Techs, 1 Procedural Scheduler, 2 Medical Office Representatives
No. of Exam Rooms: 2
EMR: Epic

Required Procedures:

Anterior Segment (Cataract removal), Glaucoma, Posterior Segment (Vitreo retinal procedures & Intra-ocular injections)
Adnexa & Post-Op Management (1st Day, Cataract & Lasik)
Eye Examination (Pathology, Refraction, Color Deficiency & Eye Coordination)
Prescriptive: Eyeglasses, Contacts, Medications-Topical

Requirements:

Active CA License
Board Certified
BLS
Glaucoma certification
Local (preferred)
