• % of Practice: 50% Surgical, 50% Office
• Patient Demographics: 90% Adult, 10% Pediatric
• Patient Volume: 15 - 95% scheduled, 5% add-ons
• Surgeries per day: 2-6
• Physician in Practice: 1
• Support Staff: RN, MA, APP
• Required to supervise other healthcare providers: Yes
• Procedures: General Otolaryngology, Endoscopic Procedures (Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy, Laryngoscopy, Tracheotomy)
• Office Equipment: Olympus Flexible Scope, ENF-VQ, Cryotherapy (skin procedures), Cautery unit (ValleyLab Force FX Electrosurgical Generator), Zeiss OPMI Pico wall mount scope, Three SMR carts, Welch Allen Tympanogram, Greer SPT skin prick testing, Spirometry EasyOne Air
• Beds in the Dept: 39
• Lab & X-Ray on site

• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active CO License or IMLC
• BC ACLS
• Clean background
• COVID Vaccinated
