Pathology Locum Tenens

Join our team for a locum tenens position in Pathology at a facility located in Indio, CA. This opportunity offers supplemental coverage in an inpatient service setting.

Job Description

• Provide clinical services with call responsibilities from June 10-14, 2024
• Work an 8-hour call schedule with beeper call
• Manage a patient volume of 10-15, seeing 1-5 patients per day
• Participate in rounding and perform GI biopsies and grossing
• Enjoy a solo practice environment with rare after-hours call and non-existent weekend call
• Handle approximately 1 cancer case per week

Requirements

• Active California medical license
• California fluoroscopy license
• Board certification in Pathology
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
