Location: Eureka, CA

Job Description:

Provide supplemental coverage for adult general surgery
Perform procedures including upper & lower GI endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy
Work within an inpatient service setting
Collaborate with 2.5 physicians in practice and a support staff of 1 NP, 3 MAs, and 2 office staff
Manage patient volume of 8-9 weekly scopes, averaging 8-10 per day
Utilize 4-5 exam rooms
Use Epic EMR system

Schedule:

Coverage period from March 1, 2025, ongoing
Clinical-only coverage type
Monday to Friday, 7:40 AM to 3:30 PM, 1 week per month

Requirements:

Active CA License
Board Certified (BC)
BLS, ACLS certifications
Fluoroscopy Certificate (highly preferred)
