Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services within an outpatient care setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of New Hampshire
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• Experience in providing Physical Therapy within an outpatient care setting is preferred
• New graduates or other therapists who have not worked in an outpatient setting may be considered
