Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Camden, New Jersey

Job Description:

• Provide physical therapy services to students identified by the District in accordance with the terms in each student's IEP or Section 504 Plan.
• Perform day-to-day responsibilities as required by District-level supervisor or building administrator.
• Consult with other individuals and team members relative to achievement and programming for the student's goals and objectives.
• Write goals and objectives and/or present levels of academic and functional performance as required by the District.
• Administer appropriate evaluations in accordance with standard practice and procedure.
• Track students' progress and log SEMI services.
• Provide all required reports to District personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy.
• New Jersey Board of Physical Therapy License.
• 3 years of experience.

Contract Details:

• Contract Length: 1 Year
• Start Date: July 1st, 2024
• Shift/Schedule: Minimum of 2-3 hours of services for each month
• Rate: $60/hr
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered.
