Location: Woonsocket, RI

Job Description:

Provide appropriate physical therapy services to students through evaluations, observations, and consultations
Work on-site at a school district in Rhode Island
Conduct assessments for special education through testing and diagnostics
Interpret testing results and communicate implications to school staff, parents, and students
Write physical therapy and eligibility reports
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers and parents
Participate in student support meetings and assist in collaborative problem-solving
Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
Establish and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, staff, and the public

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an APTA-approved institution
RIDOH Physical Therapist license
National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy
Experience in a school setting is preferred
