    Location: Woonsocket, RI

    Job Description:

    • Provide appropriate physical therapy services to students through evaluations, observations, and consultations
    • Work on-site at a school district in Rhode Island
    • Conduct assessments for special education through testing and diagnostics
    • Interpret testing results and communicate implications to school staff, parents, and students
    • Write physical therapy and eligibility reports
    • Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers and parents
    • Participate in student support meetings and assist in collaborative problem-solving
    • Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
    • Establish and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, staff, and the public

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an APTA-approved institution
    • RIDOH Physical Therapist license
    • National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy
    • Experience in a school setting is preferred
