Physical Therapist

Adelphi is seeking Physical Therapists to provide direct and indirect support for students with physical therapy services per their IEP for schools in Texas. The ideal candidates will correctly assess students' physical development level and provide appropriate treatment to meet individualized student objectives.

Job Description

• Provide direct and indirect (consult) physical therapy support to students per their IEP
• Provide orientation and mobility evaluation and re-evaluation support for students in the region
• Identify architectural barriers and provide recommendations for accessibility
• Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by administrative regulations
• Participate as a member of the students' evaluation and Individual Educational Plan team
• Work in conjunction with other therapists and staff members to ensure a comprehensive team approach to student treatment
• Other duties as assigned by administration

Requirements

• Master of Physical Therapy degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
• Minimum 1 year experience within the last 3 years

Benefits

• Contract position with a rate of $50
