Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Joliet, Illinois

Job Description:

Collaborate with other care team members to provide nursing care to patients
Ensure adherence to standards of care and practice
Work within an assisted living facility

Shift Schedule:

Day Shift: 6am-2:30pm
Evening Shift: 2pm-10:30pm
Night Shift: 10pm-6:30am

Requirements:

Active IL License
BLS certification
Proficiency in Point Click Care electronic charting preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients within the scope of licensure
Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards and regulations
Follow through with established treatment plans
Maintain reports of patients' medical histories and monitor changes in their condition
Adhere to the protocols, norms, rules, and regulations of the facility to maintain complete medical records
Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures
Promote health and wellness and help improve the quality of life for patients
Perform other duties as assigned
