Location: Kane, PA

Job Description:

Full-time position in Long Term Care
Night shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Rotating weekends

Requirements:

Nursing Home Experience - a plus
New Grads welcome
BLS (AHA)
COVID Vaccine - Preferred but not mandatory
Must possess a current license in PA or a temporary work permit at time of interview
Knowledge of medical asepsis, body mechanics, personal care of residents, correct use and care of equipment, observation techniques, reporting and recording, and thorough knowledge of nursing theory and its application
Compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, contracts, and philosophy of the institution
Maintain a courteous and professional manner toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
Dedication to meet the needs of the elderly
Awareness of cost containment, efficient time utilization, and proper care for equipment
Ability to accept and follow written and verbal directives
Good communication and observation skills
Pennsylvania license
BLS
