Job Description:

Contract/Travel position
Start Date: ASAP
Shift Schedule: 12 hrs per day; 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
Shift Type: Days
Rate: Travel: $55.6/hour
Weekly: $2,002/36-hours

Requirements:

Some Psych/Behavioral Health Experience
Willing to float to other units
Willing to take charge LPN shifts
COVID vaccination and booster
Resume
Skills checklist (within 1 year)
2 supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment
Certifications - certifications don't need to be active at the time of submission but must be willing to obtain
License - confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain
COVID vaccination and booster - please confirm if they are willing to obtain
CPI - offered onsite; no need to confirm at time of submission
