Job Description

• Work Schedule: 24-hours in-house coverage
• Annual Births: 3,000
• Annual Admissions: 470 (NICU); 1,226 (Newborn Nursery)
• Physician in Group: 4
• Support staff: NNPs (cover 12-hour shifts)
• Subspecialty support available: Pulmonary Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Nephrology, Infectious Disease, Hematology-Oncology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, and Cardiology
• Number of NICU Beds: 30; 24 (Average Daily Census)
• Nursery Level: IV
• Other Info: Will accept new grads; willing to work/cover 2 facilities; option to cover at nearby Level-II NICU

Requirements

• WV License or in process
• BC/BE in Pediatrics/Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• 3+ years of experience in a busy Level-III/IV NICU (preferred)
