Join our team in Silvis, IL, where we offer a permanent position in a facility that provides both inpatient and outpatient services. This role is essential to cover a vacancy and involves clinical work along with call responsibilities.

Job Description

• Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Clinic/Surgery)
• Call Schedule: Shared; Rotating Call (1:4 ratio)
• Patient Volume: Varies
• Nursery Admissions: 0-3 per day
• % of Practice: 40-50% Low Risk, 50-60% High Risk, 30% C-Section, GYN: Varies
• Support Staff: Seasoned RNs, 1 APP
• Procedures: Fetal monitoring, Low Risk Obstetrics, FHR Interpretation, OB ultrasounds, Routine and Complicated Deliveries, Office/Minor GYN, Operative/Major GYN (including Diagnostic)
• Number of Exam Rooms: 2 procedure rooms; 16 LDRP rooms; Dedicated Surgical Suite
• Number of Beds: 15
• Nursery Level: II
• Trauma Level: II
• Ultrasound Onsite
• EMR: Cerner, will convert to Epic in 2025
• Open to new graduates; must have plans to take the board exam

Requirements

• Active IL license (or willing to obtain)
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (if BE, within 5 years of residency)
• NRP certification
