  • Office GYN
• Beds in the Department: 16
• Trauma Level: IV
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info: Hospital is stroke certified
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Requirements

• Active WA License or IMLC
• Board Certified (BC)
