Requirements

• 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• Experience with heart caths, PCI, IABP insertions, STEMI call, IVUS/IFR, and interventional radiology cases
• COVID and Flu vaccination
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 30-minute response time for call
• ARRT (RCIS will not be approved)
• Active license (verification must be less than 30 days old)
• Certifications must be active
• Illinois license
• ACLS (AHA) certification
