Registered Nurse

Job Description

• Assess patients, plan and implement nursing care, and document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and education in the medical record.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for diagnostic testing per orders and protocols.
• Provide ongoing patient monitoring, perform interventions, and update care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; assist with procedures and treatments.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; enforce unit policies and supervise patient conduct as appropriate.
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Benefits

• Local rate: $1,512 for 36 hours
• Contract duration: 14 weeks
• Schedule: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM
