Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Rehab

Job Description

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve function and support independence.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care.
• Document progress in EMR and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the rehab team for coordinated care.

Requirements

• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current OT license in Massachusetts.
• BLS required.
• Outpatient rehab experience preferred.

Benefits

• Travel rate: $2,172 for 40 hours
• Local rate: $2,088 for 40 hours
