Occupational Therapist (OT)

Adelphi is seeking to recruit an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role at a school in New Jersey. The candidate should have experience providing OT services for public school students.

Job Description

• Provide in-person OT assessment, direct OT services, and OT consultation for students.
• Maintain accurate records and appropriate documentation which must be immediately made available upon request.
• Provide quarterly progress reports, which must be tied to each student's IEP/ISP goals and objectives.
• Provide evaluation services on an as-needed basis.
• Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• New Jersey Board of Occupational Therapy License.
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• NJ DOE Certification.

Benefits

• Rate: $65/hr.
• Schedule: 7 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
• Start Date: July 1, 2024.
