Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
• Work an 8-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Deliver high-quality care and support to enhance patient recovery

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy
• Current State Board of Physical Therapy licensure
• BLS certification
• One year of occupational therapist experience
• Registration through the accrediting body National Board Certificate for Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Michigan license
