Seeking a board certified/eligible Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team of caring and quality professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve. The right candidate will have the ability to provide superior care to infant through geriatric patients. This role is a full-time, outpatient opportunity practicing within a newly constructed health center serving the medically underserved. Job Description

• Provide superior care to patients from infancy through geriatrics
• Work in a newly constructed 32,000 square foot health center with new equipment, pharmacy, and lab on site
• Support and encourage a multidisciplinary team approach to whole-person care that integrates primary care, behavioral health, and dental services (in the near future)

Compensation

• $96,000 - $120,000 per year with a full benefits package
