Job Description

• Responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients within a patient care unit.
• Manage and supervise related clinical activities and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing personnel.
• Utilize nursing skills of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in patient care delivery.
• Deliver competent, compassionate, and cost-effective nursing care.
• Perform and document accurate initial assessments per unit standards, including obtaining and interpreting information regarding patients' needs.
• Report appropriate information in a timely manner to the responsible physician.
• Observe and monitor patient lab work for trends and report abnormal lab tests to the appropriate physician.
• Utilize clinical data to implement appropriate interventions.
• Perform and document ongoing patient assessments reflecting patients' physical and mental status.

Requirements

• Full-time position with day shift from 7 AM to 7 PM.
• Ability to relocate to Orange City, FL 32763 before starting work.

• $31.53 - $45.05 per hour
