Location: Davenport and Lake Wales, Florida

Job Description:

Full-time surgicalist opportunity, 7 days on and 7 days off with 3 extra days, totaling 17 shifts a month
Schedule could be modified
Services include ED, hospital rounding, surgeries but no clinic time
7 days covering AdventHealth Heart of Florida and 7 days covering AdventHealth Lake Wales, with 3 additional days covering whichever hospital needs the coverage
Coverage would not include both hospitals on the same day
The surgeon must enjoy collaborations with their colleagues and be a team-player with the medical staff, medical group & their staff
No clinic is expected during the shifts

Requirements:

Board Certified General Surgery
5+ years' experience a must; Preferred experience in a small-medium community hospital
