Job Description

• A Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
• Duties may include taking vital signs, performing assessments, administering medications, caring for wounds, and overseeing patient treatment plans.
• Main objective is to assure safety and physical comfort of the residents as well as the patient's emotional needs.

Requirements

• A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state is required.
• Valid CPR certification.
