Job Description

• Provide private duty nursing in the homes of our patients
• Provide quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
• Conduct patient assessments and coordination of care
• Willing to travel to patient homes within a 60-mile radius
• Available 5 days or nights per week
• Flexible to orient with multiple patients of differing skill levels
• Willing to work shifts in patient homes

Requirements

• Must have a good standing license (RN & LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Current CPR certification
• Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Experience with trach care, G-Tube, and ventilator

Pay

• LVN Hourly Rate: $30.00
• RN Hourly Rate: $40.00
