Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center

Job Description:

• Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary.
• Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care.

Shifts Available:

• Night 12-hour with rotating weekends
• Night 8-hour with rotating weekends

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Experience as a charge nurse or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
